Primary Research – Ethnography, Demographics and Psychographics

Using the protocol created in Project 2, and the understanding of the problem from Project 1, execute the following research techniques:

  1. Videotaped interviews no fewer than 5 subjects  
  2. Videotaped shadowing on-site with no fewer than 3 subjects
Using the observations and video from the research, create a presentation of less than 10 minutes that describes your findings. Use video and audio recordings to document salient points of discovery. From the aggregate of information presented, create two personas, one for each assigned typology. Remember to include the following as part of your personae
  1. Name
  2. photo
  3. Goals
    • Life
    • Experience
    • End
  4. Motivation to change behavior
  5. Media sources
